I ask the Powers That Be at Metacritic to take a look at Locke Peterseim's work over at Redblog.com .

Although this site is (obviously) commercial, the reviewers there work independently and are not averse to panning films. Peterseim is rapidly becoming one of my favorite reviewers: insightful without being overly-academic, and very good at reviewing films without filling space with detailed plot synopses.
