I'm really enjoying their latest. I first heard it on AOL's "Brand New Indie" channel (not very cool, I know, but I'm way beyond caring about that). They seem to occupy the same space between Death Cab for Cutie, The Decemberists and The Essex Green. I've never heard any of their older stuff, but I am curious. And, along with bears, wolves are totally the "indiest" animal there is.

I didn't realize there was any older stuff for Sea Wolf. I do love "You're a Wolf", extremely catchy song. Leaves in the River has a lot of interesting material. "Black Leaf Falls" has been earworming its way in my head, and that's a welcome earworm.

Well...just their EP. And I don't know how much of the material is different.

Sea Wolf are on my wish list. Is the album fairly solid, or is it completely shadowed by "You're a Wolf"? I'm afraid it will be like Van Occupanther or something. Good, but mostly just one song on happy repeat.

You know, I like a number of tracks. But it definitely falls in my "like zone."
