Ghastly City Sleep's debut album made it onto only one list at the end of the year but hey that's better than nothing. Check out "Ice Creaks" on their myspace. The brushwork is gorgeous. I'd liken them to an American version of all of that Scandanavian post-rock minus the cliches. Does anybody listen to them already?
