I have been browsing around for a good new indie band to listen to because I have become slightly bored with the bands you see eveywhere like Death Cab, The Shins, Built to Spill, etc. but I have been without success any suggestions?

i have heard most of those bands but a few i haven't i will check them out thanks

dismemberment plan....i can't say it enough. i think they belong on any list of big time indie bands. plus, the wrote one of best albums of the 90's.

Do you mean new bands or bands that are new to you?

both... I am just looking for something really good new or old but i have heard a lot of the older stuff
