A new favorite of mine, Champaign/Urbana-based garage rock band “The Blackouts”, not wanting to be confused with other similarly-named bands (most notably, pre-SXSW hype darlings “The Rolling Blackouts” from Torrance, CA), have decided to change their moniker to something truly unique and memorable, like……..“The Living Blue” (uh, yeah….okay)
