It's probably been moentioned before, but modest mouse had their song gravity rides everythign on a car commercial. Forgot which car tho - somethign asian I think.

I've heard "Such Great Heights" in about 46798794563438791 different commercials. "Sister Jack" is in a commercial "The Bleeding Heart Show" was in a commercial for Arizona University, the Modest Mouse song was in a Nissan commercial. |

M Ward was used in a Caddliac commercial recently, i'm surprised he would have signed off on something like that, but i can't complain seeing as I'm happy to hear "here Comes The Sun Again" in just about any context
