Not legally, as far as I can tell. It's an interesting sound, I've got to say. Intervention sounds like it could be right off of Funeral, but BW/BV sounds much different.

I wonder if Neon Bible has leaked yet on Soulseek in its entirety. Does it even have a release date yet? I'm trying to hold off on listening to any of it until I can hear the whole thing at once. I don't want to get the wrong impression from one or two songs and I really hope it doesn't disappoint given the strength of Funeral.
