Hey RL,

What's your thoughts on the EP? After a couple of listens, I like it okay. I think the best track is "Get It On." It's enjoyable, but I'd take Doing the Distance any day.

Wow, I don't know how I missed this message, FoT. I like it pretty well. They had this on their MySpace:
quote:
Snowglobe’s full length, which will feature two of these tracks, is slated for release in the fall/winter.

Considering that it's just something of a warm-up for an upcoming full-length, I'm pretty excited. It's not spectacular, and, as you said, not on the level of Doing the Distance, but that's a pretty high bar to set. That album is amazing.

Also, it appears that the other members of the band, besides Brad Postlethwaite I mean (who I absolutely love), are back in the band. The last album, Oxytocin, was basically a Popstlethwaite solo album, and while I really liked it (and also loved Postlethwaite's official solo album Welcome to the Occupation, which I highly recommend), it's nice to see the rest of the band back too.
