Has anyone read the 33 1/3 book about In the Aeroplane Over the Sea? I've considered ordering it but want to know if it's any good first...

I've read Joe Pernice's book on Meat is Murder and Colin Meloy's on the Replacements' Let it Be but not the NMH book. I'm not an Aeroplane fan, though, so I doubt I'd care. But the Meloy and Pernice books were both good.

It's a fascinating and oddly touching book....I was just a casual admirer of Neutral Milk Hotel beforehand and hadn't listened to their stuff for ages, but I bought 'In the Aeroplane...' straight after finishing this and am now in obsessive fan mode. 'Two Headed Boy part2' is one of my favourite album closers ever.
