in celebration of her soon to be released new cd "Let in the Light" I have decided to create a Shannon Wright thread

I will withold my thoughts on her new album for now though unless there's other people who've already heard it

in the meantime though I just finished re-listening to her 2004 album Over The Sun and felt compelled to post about how absolutely fucking amazing it is. If you haven't heard this album yet, do yourself a great service and buy it, borrow it, download it, whatever, just GET it! it's that good


why it doesn't have a metascore is beyond me (and how it only got a 6.5 on pitchfork is mind boggling)
