There's the link... I enjoyed their first two records but didn't think much of their last.

Their last record was good too, though it sounded a little tired, and defeated.

Listen to "Bullet Charm" if you can. I called it one of the best songs of 2006.

Of course, PGMV will probably be remembered for their most famous song, "Speakers Push The Air", one of the great anthems of modern rock.

Very good band, and I'm sad to see them go. It's rare that a rock band can sound both arty and anthemic. Their last album wasn't anywhere near as good as their first too, but was still by no means bad. In honor of their break-up, I put together a little dream setlist/mix cd.

Speakers Push The Air
Chemical Chemical
Domino
Sad Girls Por Vida
C-30 C-60 C-90 GO!
The Grandmother Wolf
If You Hate Your Friends, You're Not Alone
Parade
Something Bigger, Something Brighter
Pyrite Pedestal
All Medicated Geniuses
The Get A Way
The Number
More Sweet Soul
Pearls On A Plate
This Is Our Emergency
A Certain Cemetery

I know this thread is a bit older now so I've decided to revive it. I just wanted to post a link from Matador that shows their remaining tourdates.

I was thinking about going to Chicago or Cleveland!
