I'm finding this hard to believe, but I did a search in the indie forum for "centro," "centro-matic," and "centromatic," and none of them turned up any results.
I'm really just starting to get into these guys, and I've gotta say I'm really impressed. They're basically straight indie-rock with a hint of Americana, I suppose. This year's Fort Recovery is the best of the bunch I think, but the others are very nearly as good. I even know some people don't care much for Fort Recovery and prefer their earlier stuff. I'd say that All the Falsest Hearts Can Try, Navigational, and Love You Just the Same are all equally good.
Will Johnson is an incredibly prolific musician, probably only behind Bob Pollard and possibly Jason Molina among today's indie rockers(at least among those that I know), so there's still quite a bit of stuff that I haven't had a chance to listen to yet.
