Dude, between your Arctic Monkeys posts and this one I can't tell if you're an overeager 12 year old or some kind of ironic genius.

To add to the big debate, I think both Feist and Emily Haines are both pretty cute and hugely talented....'Knives don't have our backs' is the perfect 2am record for me at the moment. Also, I love the fact that Robert Wyatt writes a little piece about her on the back of it.

yeah but ive seen metric twice... and one thing haines def. has over feist is that emily can rock out with the best of them... def. one of the best front women i've seen in concert.

ive seen feist peform live with BSS... it's nothing like watching haines go into a 10 minute version of "Empty" or watching her play the synth (while singing) during one of the more high energy songs on "Old World Underground."

i dont know if youve seen metric perform live, but they generally do 1 hour 45 minute + shows

No, I've never seen Metric. I was just speaking up for Feist. She does the mellow, introspective thing well, but she can also rock out.

i'm seeing haines in two weeks, not with metric but the soft skeleton. really looking forward to it!

Mix a little folly with your plans: It is sweet to be silly at the right moment.

lucky! I wouldnt be surprised if she throws in calculation theme, love is a place, or ending start. She likes to mix it up.
