They're called the Epics. They're an indie rock band that infuses the catchy keyboard sounds of bands like the Cure, the low-fi, pure trumpet tones of Neutral Milk Hotel, and the distorted, rocking guitars of the Weakerthans with an overall simplistic approach to their genre.
Let me know what you guys think!
They call me haduken. 'Cus I'm down-right fierce.

And what genre would that be? Indie? Hahaha.
The lead singer's voice makes me want to put him out of his misery. You guys sound like every other "indie" band with a quirky singer (this one being overly obnoxious like CYHSY).
I wouldn't have reacted that way had I known you would actually return to read the input. Most bands don't.
If you're actually interested in some input, have this thread moved to the correct location ("Music of Metacritic Members" in the Streaming and Downloadable links part) and post some more tracks.
Yeah, if you want to get some real input then move it there. There's actually been some traffic in that thread recently. I figure the more traffic in there the better. Could one of this mods move it there?
I had a stick of CareFree gum, but it didn't work. I felt pretty good while I was blowing that bubble, but as soon as the gum lost its flavor I was back to pondering my mortality.
