Have you guys heard about this album or the band members themselves? I just picked up their newest album "dandelion gum" because it sounded intriguing on itunes. On first listen i was slightly put off, but the second time around i was amazed (exactly how i felt about panda bear as well). I then did a little research on the band and the album started to make a lot more sense...The band is comprised from four or five members who live in the western woods of pennsylvania. They often wear masks, and instead of using their birth names they use nicknames they made for themselves such as tobacco(lead vocals), father hummingbird (synth and keyboards), and iffernaut (drums). Needless to say i laughed for a while, but then i listened to the album again. and again. Check them out!

haha you win! well thats awesome and im glad its getting some recognition. I could see it wearing off...but i hope it doesnt. i love it right now. that first track and rollerdisco are my favorite so far.
