I need some good heartbreak songs from the female perspective.

The more heart-wrenching and sad, the better.

Rachael Yamagata
Ani DiFranco
Imogen Heap

But I'm so bored with those. ANY help would be awesome.

well you have to give these things time...

and you're asking for songs but only give artists names wierd...

St Vincent - Marry Me

Definitely yes on these, and on the Neko as well. I'm kind of blanking right now, but I'll check back in with other suggestions once I've dug through my collection.

Hello Saferide - "Loneliness is Better When You're Not Alone"
Hello Saferide - "I Thought You Said Summer Is Going To Take the Pain Away"
Hello Saferide - "Last Bitter Song"

She's the best when it comes to writing great lyrics on relationships without being cheesy or sappy. Also an outstanding songwriter. I wish you could get her albums in the US.

Neko Case has quite a few, actually. "Twist the Knife" is a tearjerker.

Here are some gems:

Buffalo by Kathleen Edwards

Far Away by Martha Wainwright

Tonight by Kate Walsh

Why Can't It Be Mine by Basia Bulat

The Hideout by Sarah Harmer

Bodies and Minds by Great Lake Swimmers

Sleeping Sickness by City and Colour

Fire by Daniel Lanois

Not all heartbreak lyrics but this mix flows well if you're down about love.
