Are all of the songs in English? I think there are only two songs on which I can understand any of the lyrics.

Are any of the songs in Japanese?

I'm totally confused.
Most of the album is sung in Japanese. Don't worry. Razzer

I thought she sung most of it in English? The Green Cosmos EP was all in Japanese but hasn't most everything else been in English? Could be wrong, Deerhoof isn't really a band I listen to for the lyrics Cool

Ha. Right. Deerhoof, Animal Collective, and Gang Gang Dance are all 10x the band Of Montreal are.

Seriously. AC and Deerhoof are incredible bands. The creativity and musicianship are out of this world.

AC and Deerhoof, great bands.

Gang Gang Dance, maybe not so much.

Honestly, I've never listened to God's Money, but I have been listening to St. Dymphna. It's a little dance-y for my taste, but I like the more ambient tracks. I think it's pretty good overall, but I don't think the songwriting is at the same level as a Deerhoof. Just my opinion, though. Cool

Honestly, Gang Gang Dance's new album is far more interesting to me than Deerhoof's new one. I like 'Offend Maggie', don't get me wrong, but it's, I dunno, kinda normal? I mean, that's fine, and though I definitely enjoy it, it's not as impressive to me as their last two.

I finally listened to the whole new Deerhoof album today, and it's actually pretty good. So far it holds spot 5 of my favourite albums by them.
