I really like some of her songs. I remember "BLue Caravan" being particularly awesome. Some of her songs are kind of corny, mostly the upbeat ones, but when she writes darker songs they're usually great.

While giving props to Feist for being in Broken Social Scene, I think we should all give respect to Emily Haines as well. She fronts Metric and is greatly underappreciated. "Dead Disco" is possibly one of my most played songs in the past year.

It's a stretch to call it Indie, but I have been on a huge Cardigan's kick lately. For some reason I had never really listened to The First Band on the Moon, so I had entirely missed out on "Been It". Hot Mamma that's a great pop song. Her voice is perfect.

Gregory and the Hawk!
School of Seven Bells features TWO. (They sing/harmonize together, it's quite lovely.)

Suggestion: chaos is a racist, judgmental, piece of shit that deserves to be banned. If people are going to get mad at me for calling members out on their BS, he should be banned for his insesitive remarks and stereotypical slurs. He's a troll who makes up random threads to get a rise out of people and on top of that, he's hudson, the piece of shit. Isnt it a rule that when you are banned, thats it, dont come back as someone else? Its obvious thats him!

Mates of State. (Well, technically both Kori Gardner and Jason Hammel sing, but her voice is always stronger.) For their more mainstream material, go from their All Day EP to their most recent album; for the more artsy stuff, go from Team Boo backwards.

Also: Chairlift. Although, their only song that's straight pop is "Bruises"...

"And in conversations about which Breakfast Club character you'd be, I'd be the one that dies."
"No one dies..."
"Well then what's the point?"
