At the end of RAIDERS you see the Ark boxed up and stored in a large warehouse which as you find out in Indy 4 is actually a large warehouse at AREA 51 where the U.S. Government keep all its secrets. This finaly explained where the ark was stored, somthing I've wondered since watchin RAIDERS all those years ago!!
