I am in deep need to try to find most of my beloved classic games that I lost from my childhood that I'd love to get my hands on again, with me remembering sadly ONLY the front cover of the game and I have to think it had to be possibly a PS1 game, but I'm not too sure.

OKAY! What I rememeber is very simplistic but it should be enough for those who actually know this game.

The games front art cover showed some psycho or maniac or a person (That'd be mental-instituation-type) holding onto a small teddy bear, I think everything else around that image is just a light.

the gameplay of the game was basically a Birds-eye view gameplay arcade shooting type, and the first level would be like you're in a mental instituation trying to shoot your way out and kill the inmates and guards, with I think a few turrets and etc, I just remember going in some of the inmates rooms which would have pillow floors/walls for the inmates protection and there were piss stains sometimes lol

I think the name of this title is Loaded. It was one of the original titles for the PS1.
