In my opinion, it was the best console of all time. Don't go typing in your complaints just yet. It had some of the best games of all time, it had a good amount quality exclusives, and the graphics were amazing. The controller was awesome, and it never hurt my hands. I love this console. If I could have a PlayStation 3 or a Nintendo 64, I would chuck the PS3 out a window. I suppose you guys don't have the special spiritual attachment to it, so you wouldn't love it as much. But in my opinion, this console is a rapture.

Well, I prefer a PS3 than a N64, because the PS3 is the latest....

However, the N64 has awesome games:

Super Smash Bros.
Super Mario 64
Mario Party 3 ( I know people think it sucks so don't complain about it!!!!! Mad)
Ocarina Of Time
Kirby
Star Fox 64

There are so many of those nice titles. Big Grin

No doubt lots of great games to be played on the ol 64,

Doom 64, Quake, Quake 2, Turok 2, Zelda, Star Fox 64, Mario 64, Killer Instinct 64...

I'm sad I sold mine a few years back. I recall dropping about $90 for the 4MB expansion card (!) and about $100 for Majoras Mask cart. I don't miss those days.

i actually got a ps1 for christmas one year and my younger brother got a n64. while i still prefer the ps because of the vast variety of games, and especially the likes of ff7, resi evil and tomb raider, the more i look back the n64 had some groundbreaking games which are in my top 10 today such as goldeneye, mario 64, turok, mario kart 64 and zelda. also the n64 was the 1st console to use analog sticks and have a rumble pack. its just a pity that there were not enough games available on the n64
