I saw this film recently and wasnt really fond of it. Charlize Theron couldnt have deserved more praise for her performance and Christina Ricci wasnt too bad herself. I just found it far too sympathetic. The romance to me---though, it may be true---seemed rather fake. I just dont want to like a serial killer and I sort of grew fond of Aileen during the film. Something doesnt seem right----liking a killer. Its just a morality thing for me.
