Definately the most under rated of QT's slew of film masterpiecses (IMHO OF COURSE!). I just saw the film and think it's spectacularly good, but possibly the weakest of his films. I havent quite made up my mind. I know that this is the best display of absolutely stellar acting in a QT movie. Say what you want about Uma Thurman as The Bride or Steve Buscemi as Mr. Pink but "Jackie Brown" is a showcase for Sam, Pam, and Bob!! What are you guys' thoughts and opinions on "Jackie Brown"?
I think it's fine if everyone loves "Jackie Brown". Robert Forster was THE greatest part of the movie. I actually come from the other perspective though. I think it's overrated. Don't pounce on me, but I just don't see how it could be as long as "Pulp Fiction". There's not enough plot to fill out 2 1/2 hours, and near the end, when Pam Grier actually does the stealing, the filmmaking is on the sloppy side. Now, I don't hate the flick, but I agree it's the least of Tarantino's films, except for that godawful "Four Rooms".

Yeah "Jackie Brown" is terribly underrated. It was a great movie, I especially like how the progression of the film. How did you do that Mark? I responded before you but your post is before mine. Me confused.
