Please help me understand something about this movie. OK why is it that when the dad finally figured out that he was Charlie (when he walked into his study and it was still packed up) Why had everything he had did as "dad" get "undone? IE: the unpacking, the journal writing....even with a "multiple personality type" what ever they do as one personality still exsists when the other personality comes around. I mean I know it is just a movie, but I tend to overthink things and I think it would have been an AWESOME movie as well as more believeable (whcich inturn would have made it even that much more creepy) had that had not happened. Please help.
