It was hilarious, and utterly random (which added to the humour, and is something Anchorman shares with- and IMO, improves upon- its predecessor and soulmate Dodgeball). Highly refreshing, though I could have done without the jokes about the Sports newscaster being gay, which weren't funny.

I like the comedies this year, all of a sudden. I hope Harold and Kumar will be good.

In the 80's we had Bill Murray, Dan Akroyd, John Candy, Chevy Chase, and Steve Martin.

Now we have Will Ferrell, Ben Stiller, Vince Vaughn, and the Wilson Brothers.

I hope that these new guys can measure up to their predecessors.

One of my friends just copied the Anchorman soundtrack for me... has anyone else heard it? Its hilarious! Will Ferrell does a little introduction for each of the songs that totally crack me up.

anchorman was really funny. There was some stupid humor but it was probably (in my opinion) The best comedy of 2004
