I LOVE FAMILY GUY!!! This show is freakin heeeelarious.

There are soooo many funny episodes....too many to count. However, ONE of my favorites is when the family flies to LA to visit Brian on his first "movie" shoot. When Lois and Stewie board the plane and the guy in front of them complains "Oh, great, a baby".....Stewie's reaction is classic. I still bust out laughing thinking about it how Lois is trying to settle Stewie down and Stewie says, "Just a minute Lois....."

Another fav is.......well, basically anything with Stewie. I love how he is always trying to off his mother and somehow getting his plans foiled.

Another favorite is when Peter is constantly beating Chris in sports and belittling him...that is until they visit the steamroom..."Chris.....what's wrong with your leg?!?....OH MY GOD! THAT'S NOT YOUR LEG!!!" Then he takes Lois into Chris's room while he sleeps to show her her son's penis and she comments "OH MY GOD!!" Then tries to make Peter feel better about his inadeqaucies....then Peter gets upset at Lois and retorts "I know your thinking about Chris' huge penis!" Fu-u-u-u-u-u-u-unyyyyy. Nevermind how sick it sounds, it's Classic Peter (no pun intended).

This show rocks for sure. By the way, I have always loved this show since it's first inception, and I apparently fall out of the target group.....go figure Kraft.

I Like FG much more than Simpsons...mainly cos of the UN-PCness of it. It hits on everything, leaving no stone unturned.

I noticed both of those are from the old seasons. good choice. What do you think of the newer ones, cazzy? (I don't like them nearly as much as the old seasons)

The father the son and the holy fonz

peter's dad come to visit and is constantly pushing the catholic view on the rest of peters family. he did such things as nail a cricifix to the kitchen door framm and ends up baptizing stewie and infecting him with tainted holy water!. peter is stuck on choosing a religion. at one point he becomes mormon and marries 4 more women, until he finds out mormons can't drink alcohol and ends up throwing away his 4 other wives.he then founded the church of the fonz but his church is a failiure when there are churches for george jefferson and Christianity.

Those are called 'cut-scenes' and they are a bit of laziness of behalf of the writers. It is still really funny, though.

I like the fact that I don't have to pay attention to the plot in order to laugh. Nothing against plot, but Family Guy gets pretty creative with nonplot.

This is also something that was "stolen" from 'The Simpsons'. At least that's what the writers of 'The Simpsons' say, and are they pissed about it! It's hilarious to hear 'em rant on the commentaries! They really hate 'Family Guy'!

Personally, I love it for the same reason as Mike. As Bart once said, "It's only a cartoon, Lis. It's just a bunch of funny stuff that happens. It doesn't have to make any sense."

Has anyone seen the 'Family Guy' episode where Glenn Quagmire "rapes" Marge Simpson and then murders the ENTIRE family?! It came on Cartoon Network last night and tripped me out! I'm certain they did it to piss off Simpsons fans, but it just cracked me up! Check out the scene on YouTube!

I honestly don't think I could have ever lived life without watching this show at least once.
I have 4 seasons on dvd.
And currently want the rest.
But the show is simply amazing and I don't see how many people strongly dislike it.

I love family guy, especially the Blue Harvest star wars episode. Anyone catch that one? I've been watching the clips on the trading card widgets all day, hehe
