I also heard that Pablo Honey is the only Radiohead album where the record company excersized creative input. From The Bends on it was all the band.

My first - "No Surprises" - would have to be my last. How else could you honestly be expected to pick?

Rabbit In Your Headlights

Nobody else has mentioned it, so I definitely feel in the minority. Of course, that's a collaboration, so maybe that's why.

A collaboration with who? Where do I find it?

I feel kind of stupid... My friend gave me a CD with this song on it and told me it was a collaboration of Radiohead and DJ Shadow, and I believed him because Thom does the vocals. However, upon looking it up to help you, I learned that it is actually a collaboration between Shadow and UNKLE, a UK electronic duo. Still, I recommend that you somehow pick it up, it's absolutely a wonderful song.

While all of their songs from The Bends on are excellent the one that stands out for me is "Exit Music(For a Film)." Jesus what haunting beauty.

"Exit Music" is on OK Computer, not The Bends.

I read it as saying that "every album track after Pablo Honey was excellent, but the most-excellent was..."

I pretty much agree with the above assessment, but I'll stick with what I posted awhile back, "How to Disappear Completely".

I'm aware of that. "All songs from the Bends on" in other words all songs from the album the Bends and onwards to OK Computer, Kid A, Amnesiac, and Hail to the Thief are excellent.

I think I'm gonna do something really unexpected here by commenting on what I think is the greatest song by Radiohead (since they're not normally the kind of music I listen to).

I think "Fake Plastic Trees" is the greatest song ever. So is "Street Spirit".

Actually I'm just gonna come right out and say that The Bends has got to be my favorite Radiohead album (I practically love the whole album). I feel like I'm a minority by saying this coz it seems like everyone likes OK Computer onwards.

I'm really not a fan of them but I guess I'd choose 'A Wolf at the Door' maybe, I like that one quite a bit.

I can't decide between the song Kid A, Everything In It's Right Place or Optimistic. Since I have 10 minutes can't I just play all 3? Wink

I'd have to say:
"Paranoid Android"
"Morning Bell"!!!
"Kid A"
"Exit Music"
Honourable mention should also go to "Airbag" and "No Surprises". By the way, in case you can't tell, i only have OK Computer and Kid A, but that's cool, When I get the others, i'll add my two cents about that.

From my non-fan perspective, I'd have to choose between Fake Plastic Trees or Paranoid Android.
