As someone said before, it is the perfect closer to the album and is one of the most beautiful songs I have ever heard. When Thom Yorke sings "I will see you in the next life" as the harps gently fade in the background, it's hard to concentrate on anything else.
Honorable Mention: "No Surprises" (OK Computer), "A Wolf At the Door" (Hail to the Thief), and "Pyramid Song" (Amnesiac)
"Let Down" No question, for me. Can still manage to give me a chill sometimes. Maybe it appeals most to those of us who feel crushed like a bug in the ground.

Originally, when I first started this topic, I said "Let Down" was my favorite Radiohead song. I have since changed my mind: "Life In A Glasshouse" is now, undoubtedly, my favorite song of theirs. I can't stop listening to it. The chorus, while coming exactly where it should and generic in its approach, climbs so beautifully each and every time I listen to it. The trumpets, clarinets, just superb. That song, to me, at least, is the reason they are the best band making popular rock these days.
Speaking of Radiohead songs, I've just been listening to some of their B-Sides, and they are very good, especially the Amnesiac session songs. I'm especially fond of "Worrywort" which sounds somewhat out of character for Radiohead. It kind of reminds me of a Ms. John Soda track. Listening to all these stellar B-sides, I have no doubt whatsoever that their next album will destroy. I can't wait for it.

Creep is what drove me to buy Pablo Honey like many others. I really liked the album and it's the only album of theirs that I have. My favorite song is Ripcord.
I get the sense that if you like Radiohead now, you dislike Pablo Honey. Is Pablo Honey that inferior to their other work?

I think it is. To me, when I first heard it (as a freshman in college), nothing about it made me think of Radiohead as a great band. It's very ordinary. Although I will say I still enjoy "Creep". With their subsequent releases, they've just gotten better and better. If you listened to "Kid A" or "OK Computer" and "Pablo Honey" back to back, you'd never guess it was the same band.
----- I’ll be Ben Gazzara, you’ll be Gena Rowlands.
