I was sure there was a thread already on here somewhere but have just searched and no, nothing. Can't have that can we? Anyway, what is everyone's thoughts on the new album which is due in May by the Welsh wonders and also their slots at the T In The Park and Oxygen Festivals? I personally can't wait for the new album!

Saw them last year at The Leeds Festival and they fucking blew me away. Played a lot of their early stuff which the fans seemed to dig. Whats your fave album by them? I always said Generation Terroists but The Holy Bible gets better everytime I hear it. Glad to see their using Richeys' lyrics again for the new album

Thanks for your positive comments! My favourite Manics album is This Is My Truth Tell Me Yours because it's the one that I discovered them with so will always be special! Second is The Holy Bible followed by Lifeblood but I love all of their albums really. Great band who have always proved themselves when performimg live. Haven't always been given the respect they deserve. You should definitely check out Gold Against The Soul if you haven't heard that but don't forget their newer stuff too which is just as good, if a bit different to their earlier albums!
