It was a very chill song with this horn doin the same tune during every chorus. it was like bah bah: bah bah bah: bah bah bah: bah bah bah....i know that sounds retarded but i have to find this song. It's driving me nuts. I've looked through tons of moby and cake stuff. someone help!!

This song only fits because it is a "very chill" song, there is a trumpet, and it came out around the mid '90's (1998, to be exact): Beta Band-"Dry the Rain". I'm pretty certain it's not what you're looking for, but if you haven't heard it, check it out!!
