SK - My point had 2 elements - one was that if people still want to see/hear you, then you still matter, something you seem to agree with. The other element was a mild dig at bands/artists that become essentially a touring jukebox of nostalgic hits. SO many bands from the seventies and now eighties reforming or just lumbering on. That's fine - people get old (bands and audience) and still love the music they grew up listening to/playing - but it's hardly fresh and still growing (much). Funnily enough, I believe Dylan is a rare exception to this - his last 3 albums have sounded more full of spirit and life than many other spring chickens around nowadays and also many of his own albums from the last 20 years. No doubt that's why you picked him for your reply...

even if oasis release a better than "definitely maybe" album they ll still recieve bad reviews...too many haters out there n too many lovers that still care let there be love
