This movie is ridiculous. Plot line is predictable in the extreme, the "twist" is contrived and the final "Ocean's 11" escape is the lamest ending to a movie I have ever seen. The best part is the opening sequence and only because it is set to MGMT's "Time to Pretend," a shame to taint such a cool song.

The card counting methods are completely bogus, and the story is hardly true to the real thing. The romance sub-plot is convoluted and distracting, as is the moral "dilemma" with his old dorky friends.

Kevin Spacey is the only credible actor, and this movie is a serious drop in standards. I suppose the flash young actors and Hollywood glitz blinded him, like it has other people, to the utter nonsense that makes up the majority of this film.

Does anyone agree?

To tell you the truth, many kid actors live in a shroud of conceided arrogance, Take Emma Roberts for example, she is awarded for her movies but has the voice of an 80's computer speech program. Although i dont know how feasible that comparison is.

"How would you convince me your blindness is another shortfall of hypocricy?"
