Got their duet album yesterday. Sound quality isn't great on my copy. The songs are a lot more creative than I thought they would be. I like it.

I actually just heard about this collaboration, but being a big Zep fan, I think I'd be in error not to look into it... what exactly is the overall feel?

The overall feel is pretty mellow. It's alt/country that's more country than alt. Really nice harmonizing going on between the two. It's definitely worth checking out.

Definitely a super chill album. The harmonies, as previously mentioned, are fantastic and the two blend very nicely. I have never really listened to any of Robert Plant's other solo stuff so I am not sure how it compares to previous efforts. On the whole its a pretty great album though.

This album gets better and better after each listen. Easily made it's way into my top 10. The different styles brought by the artists and production have melded themselves into a very unique sounding album.

I keep coming back to this album, and I'm sure it will be in my top 20. The harmonies are fantastic, as others have mentioned, and the production and band are both great. It has a really cool, chilled out feel that reminds me of some of my favorite jazz records.

The album is currently in my top 20. Sure hope Plant & Krauss do a follow-up release (and I'd love to catch them when they tour togather). I also ordered a used copy of Alison's best-of from the late '90s. Other than the a few songs on soundtracks & v/a comps, this album is all I own of her recordings.

This is one of my favorite albums of the year. I was surprised by Robert Plant's voice. Yeah, it's always been great, but he sounds so good when he sings low-key like on this album.
