Farewell to an extraordinary talent. I got into his band around Susie Soho and have found his music inexpressibly transcendent.
So young. What a cruel fate.

Oh, could I feel as I have felt, or be what I have been,
Or weep as I could once have wept, o'er many a vanished scene;
As springs in deserts found seem sweet, all brackish though they be,
So, midst the withered waste of life, those tears would flow to me.

One of my piano teachers showed us a few pieces by Svensson a while back and I was astonished. His skill and ability was remarkable. Sadly, I never got around to finding more his music.

It's really sad how he passed away and he was much too young.

Ahh, FKA, I knew you were a man of taste.

Are musos cursed? Painters live forever...musos consistently drop with barely a few decades under their belt!!
