Listening now. I used to work in a tiny little restaurant specializing in Creole cuisine and jazzy atmosphere centered around Ella Fitzgerald and sound-alikes. Very cool. This would have fit right in. It sounds like great wining and dining music, but I'm no expert. Thoughts?

Very cool thread goat. I used to have a jazz teacher who would always play her first album, Junjo. Are you familiar with it? It's not bad but I certainly prefer her new sound and love the fact that she is singing in three languages.

She is definitely a music prodigy and the term is very fitting for her. I think her main instruments would be any of the strings (especially bass) but she can also play winds, including oboe and clarinet.

She also plays on M. Ward's Transfiguration of Vincent and that's a terrific album, have you heard it?

Never say you miss her, never say a word. And do everything she'd never do.

I know of it. Didn't know she played on that album though; that's a nice little tidbit. Kinda makes me think of the St. Vincent lady who worked with Sufjan, what's her face.
