What are some games that the majority of the gaming public has skipped over? These are great games but for whatever reason they remain forgotten. They appear on many platforms, new and old. They can even be whole systems (Dreamcast). What are some of gaming's hidden treasures?
Anyone remember Twisted Metal World Tour for the PS1? I played that one to death....the co-op mode absolutely rocked! To this day, I hate myself for ever sellimg it again.

A Game That Was Seriously Overlooked And Classed As A Pants Games Was The Original Re-Volt Anyone Remeber That? That Game Was Really Fun I Loved Playing It With My Brother But It Was Also Very Flawed (Hence Pants Review) But In My Opinion The Flaws Kinda Made That Game More Fun Than It Should Be!
And K-Bee Twisted Metal World Tour Is An Awsome Game! But That Was Known For Being An Awsome Game Wasnt Really Hidden N If You Dont Already Own It Get Twisted Metal Black For Ps2 Its Even Better!
Ikaruga (GCN, rare - look for it used, usually underpriced, can be sold for $30 or $40 online)
Tactics Ogre: the Knights of Lodis (GBA, extremely rare - can go for $80 new online)
Katamari Damacy: (PS2) roll up stuff into a ball and make stars. start with thumbtacks and end up with buildings. a "popular" underdog, it'll disappear soon.
Beyond Good and Evil: (GC, PS2) very high level of polish, good immersion.
Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow (GBA, out of print, as fun as the incredible Castlevania Symphony of the Night. if you own GBA it's a MUST FIND. One of Konami's best)
and #1:
Fallout 2. Best, most well-written, polished and designed game EVER MADE, period. An INSANE amount of work went into it, it's mind-boggling. Every NPC has pages of hilarious dialogue trees yet you never feel bogged down.

Oh man you guys said it. Specially you Hattori. I can't believe how hard it was to find Knights of Lotis. I was lucky to get it right away but all my friends now want it and they can't find it. Disgaea was definitely my favorite game for a long while. Oh man it was funny too! (The prism rangers and mid-boss.) I wouldn't say that the castlevania's for GBA are too hard to find. They just came out with a cartridge that has the first two on it I believe. For the rest I agree as well (gladius and Beyond good and evil.) By the way, what is Ikaruga? I've never heard of that game and it sounds interesting.
Rez. It's the best music game I've ever played. That includes DDR, Guitar Hero, DK Bongo (whatever the title is), Taiko Drum Master and others. It's awesome.
I have to put a word in for Battlezone 1 for the PC. A tremendously strategic first-person/RTS hybrid from Activision where you flew smooth- flying hovertanks over multiple planets battling other squads of tanks. You built bases, scavengers, tanks, bombers, scouts, gun towers, walkers all in the heat of battle and could give individual orders like follow, defend & attack with a click of the mouse. It had a beautiful control scheme. Get blown out of your tank, eject and either call one of your squad to pick you up or SNIPE an enemy tank. Tremendous depth where no two games ever played the same. Great sound and graphics with the upgrade patch. The explosions to this day have not been topped. A tremendous achievement.
