I am mad about the mobiles phones and gadgets and games that you can add to them. I am bit suprised to find that there is no own topic for that So anyone interested in mobile phone games here? I have Nokia N95 and there is loads of nice games for that and would be interested if anyone has good game sites to share!
I'm trying to find a good free version of Tetris for my phone, but no luck so far. I've recently started downloading free games from 123play.com - they've got great games on there, Worms for example... but no Tetris or Sudoku unfortunately.
Thanks for tip, grayskull! I checked out the website and actually I found Sudoko http://123play.com/game/272057600602111DA I have to start testing these games. There is almost 50 games for my phone model!
i have now downloaded around 15 games.. the game called "chains" is my favourite and then I have played suduko, solitaire, UNO, garfield, juiced, mach air combat, ping pong... Euro 2008 is just less than week away so I thought I will play footie game for rest of the week to create some footie spirit
The best thing I've noticed is that the games are taking up hardly any memory on my phone - must be good programming. I have so much music on my phone I wouldn't have space for larger games (over a megabyte etc).
oooh, i still regret there's no famous nokia *snake* on my sony ericsson %))
i usually have about 20 games, always to have choice but play usually the same ones, something logical to put brains in order when nothing better to do%)
I like the idea of having games (and mp3 music) on my cell phone. Seems cool to have all that on one handy gadget. But actually I have an iPod that I almost never use anymore (it was fun for a while, but I can do without hearing recorded music everywhere I go). And I don't really need a cell phone most of the time, so more often than not it's just a pain to have to carry around. As to my Nintendo DS Lite, I love it -- but I find I end up using it mostly at home, where I could just as well be playing games on a PC system.
So, the idea of these portable, multifunctional devices seems great. But in practice, I find they're not so wonderful after all. The way my life is structured, I rarely have time to use them. When I do have time, I'm in a place where a full-size device would be better.
