Anyone into the old CRPGs and classics for PC like Planscape Torment, Baldur's Gate 2, Fallout 2, Grim Fandango, Thief 1+2, and System Shock 2? Many of these awesome games are hardly known by the general gaming public and get stashed away gathering dust while one person finds out what a treasure they really are. Seriously anyone want to discuss the awesomeness of these PC titles that sadly most console users and fourteen year olds have never heard or played? I want to see these games get the justice they deserve and I want EA not to destroy SS3. Please revive these Franchises! All trolls will be circle strafed blackjacked.
Those two games are great, and I'd also add the original Fallout as well. I think Baldur's Gate 2 is a tough sell because it's a pretty difficult game. It does have a great story though, and also one of greatest villians.
One game I'd add is Arcanum. Even though it was pretty buggy, I really loved the atmosphere the game created. It's one of my all-time favorite games.

In case you didn't know, Bethesda is actually developing Fallout 3 already. It's supposed to come out in late 2008 I believe.
I had a stick of CareFree gum, but it didn't work. I felt pretty good while I was blowing that bubble, but as soon as the gum lost its flavor I was back to pondering my mortality.

I just beat deus ex which is a great game and I just found my siege of avalon disk, so after I beat it that'll be like the 10th time. Siege is a very underrated rpg released in 2001 that pretty much no one bought.
You want to talk classic games? DOOM, QUAKE, and other early ID Software titles come to mind. Even 3DRealms Duke Nukem. Though thats the one type my parents wouldnt let me have. I could blast open demons and watch thier guts splatter. But I wasnt aloud to see a couple boobies. Ok so I may have even been under legal age to play DOOM. Somehow the shareware slipped in my hands, thanks to a old friend. I didnt even know how to install a shareware DOS game. But my dad seemed to think it was ok. Those days of that type of gaming are most memorable, even with all the console games that I basically forgot I even own. I was a full time DOOMER from the age of 11-16. I had a dormant time after that until DOOM 3 released. But after that phase, Im 26 now, and I just dont enjoy classic Shooters anymore. It has me going for games like STALKER, BIOSHOCK, and CRYSIS. Classics have just gathered dust for a few years now. I have to say STALKER is the most original and immersively enjoyable compared to the others. And, there really isnt any other games quite like what STALKER has you experience. Im not about to call the next game that comes out with that style unoriginal. It would be too soon. You have to let a new style of genre style of gameplay last a few years before you start calling it old.
