While I love to be on Metacritic, today I was visiting my OTHER favorite (and probably only other) movie rankin' site. What should appear before me but a poll that says "Should Toy Story 3 move on without pixar." However, this is a little pointless because they have already decided, that Disney will push through Toy Story 3 without Pixar. Comments please, comfort me! This will turn out to be a disaster. Disney is absolutely NOTHING without Pixar. Period. They were once the reigning kings of animation---creating classic upon classic. Now they are nothing. What the hell was "Home on the Range" about?? They said they were no longer making 2-Dimensional films now they are cashing in on an old franchise. The Mouse has lived a great life but I think Mickey needs to retire...
Yeah, I hope disney has a fun time actually creating the animation without the animators. Disney doesn't have a chance at recreating the animation and will either have to get Pixar back or scrap the movie. (I hope they do the latter, as Toy Story 2 was pretty bad anyways)

Whoa! "Toy Story 2" bad. I thought it was a lot better than the original. All it lost was the "oh my gosh" factor of seeing 3D animation. What didnt you like about it?
Well, "Bad" is an overstatement, but I was generally disappointed with it. I don't know why, but it just didn't have what the first had, mostly due to the plot which I disliked. They used every available opportunity to use action sequences and re-used jokes, but it has been years since I have seen it, so my memory of the film isn't very good now. I just remember disappointment.

Right, but knowing kids, they'll be psyched anyways, and it'll still sell like mad, and we'll end up seeing Pixar back in time for Toy Story 4 next year which won't sell so well because everyone will see how washed up the 3rd was. Then by the time Toy Story 5 came around it'd be straight to video minus the Pixar (which'll be a poor shriveled company) and that'll be the end of that! Dreamworks will reign supreme.
Pixar is obvioulsy the genius behind all of the work. Look at disney's work, a lot of it is worthless crap. Now, look at Pixars movies, every single one was great. Every singles one was a hit and was genius. I think it is stupid of Disney to try and make another toy story with Pixar.

Yep, probably true. The animation shouldn't be too hard to pull off though. (it is so like *uh* 5 years ago...or more) anyways that aspects not a problem, but truth on the other things mentioned and the fact that Tim or Tom probably will ditch it with Pix.
