Yeah, I saw the teaser trailer before "Nemo." I'm sure it's gonna be great.

My family and I are looking forward to this. I think if director Brad Bird (from early Simpsons) can do for computer animation, what he did for traditional in "The Iron Giant", it will truly be incredible.

I watched about 25 minutes of the PS2 version of the upcoming Incredible game with the THQ folks last month, and it looks fantastic. If the characters in the movie are anything like those in the game, we should be in for a good show.

The film doesn't even seem to be animated. Aside from the fact that what's depicted is physically impossible, it seems as if you are watching flesh-and-blood characters whose emotions are "super human". The action sequences rank with almost anything you can name. The plot may not be completely original, but it's done with so much speed, wit, depth and joy, that you are hurled along with a gigantic smile on your face the whole film, except for the times you are laughing out loud.

I would say "The Incredibles" is the best "Super-Hero" flick ever made. It's way-better than any James Bond film, but it pays loving homage to them. It's the best Pixar, the best computer-animated, and, I dare say, the best animated film ever. It actually goes right into my Top 20 films of all-time. OK, I'll try to settle down by taking a few breaths and telling myself, "it's only a movie...it's only a movie...it's only a cartoon(!!) Yeah, right.

Remember, disappointment is always in the eyes of the disappointee, not the disappointor. I've had 24 hours to "think/feel" about it, and I have NO reason to think that I OVERrated it. When something THIS special comes around, I have NO reason NOT to embrace it whole-heartedly.

I just saw it and LOVED it. Not only was it very entertaining and fun to watch but it was creative and brilliantly done. Now, saying it is the best animated ever I cant do. Facing the original Toy Story, Shrek, Finding Nemo, and some others as Spirited Away or foreign ones. Thats not saying it wasnt GREAT>

Well...I just saw it. It really was....well....incredible!

I completley agree with everything mark f said in the first paragraph of his post 4 posts up.

The animation was by far the best ive ever seen. All the movements and action sequences were perfect.

Now I wouldn't go so far as to calling this the best animated movie EVER!, but it is certainly in the top 5, and also in MY top 20 favorite movies.

Not only does it have plenty of hilarious moments, it is also a great movie on a serious level. There are points when you are really concerned or even scared and on the edge of your seat wondering what will happen.

Not only did they make fun of James Bond as mark said, I also noticed parts that subtlely made fun of other superhero movies like Spiderman 2 (the train stopping scene) and X-Men
(the superhero locater machine making fun of Xavier's "Cerebro")

Overall, a truly amazing film.

Also just saw The Incredibles! It was, in fact, the best animated film I have seen in a LONG time. Absolute non-stop fun all the way through. And one thing that made it so enjoyable was the fact that, aside from the super powers, they were a completely normal, all-American family. I think My wife and I were the only people in the theater without kids. Although we had feet constantly shoving the back of our chairs, that didn't hinder our enjoyment. Take your kids if you have 'em. You will love it as much as they do!

p.s. And the Episode III trailer was great too! The skiff full of Wookies is AWESOME!

Yea, well you see this one? This was my dream, my wish....and it didn't come true. So I'm taking it back, I'm taking them all back.

Really good movie. I can't decide between "Finding Nemo" or "The Incredibles" for the best animated film. I loved it. I agree with Mark towards the middle you seem to forget that the movie is animated.

I've been trying since Monday to decide what movie I've ever liked better than the Incredibles, and I cannot pick one.

It is just so so so well done. I can say without hesitation it's the best superhero movie of all time.

I recently saw The Iron Giant again, which is by the same director as the Incredibles and found it to be very good. It is inspiring and very well done.

"The Iron Giant" ranks as my favorite recent traditionally-animated film, and "The Incredibles" is simply the best-computer-animated film, and one of the best 15 (yeah, it's down to 15 now) films EVER made! SUPER-DUPER beyond belief!
