Anime can be better than manga based on a persons opinion. I'd prefer anime because I'm all for the action and color thats given in anime. Manga is for the on the go person who doesn't have time to sit down on his computer or watch tv. It also gives you a different experience. If you like the greyish and dark shades of the author and if you like reading little boxes to see what the character is saying, then manga is for you.
