So I watched this the other night and was fascinated by the cool and unique comedy scene Boston had going through out the 1980's. What a wild ride it must have been. As flawed and jaded as all these comedians were/are they believed comedy saved. This feels like the time period when America truly popped her cherry and let the filth fly, since then there's been no going back. I think a comedy stage and a mic is an incredibly powerful forum. Just ask Lenny Clark <love him or hate him>
