Looking forward to see Southland Tales - a sci-fi drama movie starring Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, Seann William Scott, Sarah Michelle Gellar and Justin Timberlake..It's interesting to see The Rock in a different role

I finally gave in and went to see The Game Plan. While it was not bad, it was Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson that struck as interesting. I want to see if Mr. Johnson, if he had a better script what he'd do with it. I thought I saw some brief scenes of acting talent but I need to see more.

I'm pretty psyched for No Country For Old Men. It looks like the Coens are returning to their darker roots, after a string of quirky cult comedies. Add in Roger Deakins, one of the greatest cinematographers ever, and Javier Bardem, with a bad haircut and a cattle gun, and I'm sold.

Me too! Me too! Of course, it's not playing in my area yet. I'll have to wait a week.

I can't wait for Sweeny Todd. I have seen the play twice and it is one dark, interesting comedy. To see how Depp plays the role and how the music fits the modern music scene will be very interesting. There is so much that can be done with this story on the screen that is impossible on stage. I look forward to seeing if it is up to the test.

I just saw Before the Devil Knows You're Dead and No Country for Old Men and I must say both were fantastic. Now I'd say the films I'm looking forward to the most are Margot at the Wedding, I'm Not There, Persepolis, and There Will Be Blood.

I'm pretty excited about the film adaptation of the novel "Atonement," by Ian McEwan. It's directed by someone named Joe Wright and stars Keira Knightly and James McAvoy (Last King of Scotland).

when i first heard about it, I didn't have high hopes, but it looks like it'll be a good one. It's already out and pretty successful in the UK and it's supposed to come out in the US this Friday. It'll be interesting to see how it compares with the book.

That should still keep you excited. His direction of P&P was extremely muscular, with lots of moving camera and visceral detail.

Yeah, same here. I'm also looking forward to There Will Be Blood. The trailer didn't amaze me, but I've heard only good things from the critics.
