I've only seen a few films in the theatre this year too, but so far nothing comes close to the genius of Knocked Up. Instant classic.

I forgot to mention that I enjoyed Paul Verhoeven's ultra-pulpy WWII thriller, Black Book, which wasn't released to almost all of the U.S. until 2007. I'd add that one to Ratatouille and Grindhouse.

I'm dying to see Zodiac. We tried to get to the theatre, but it didn't work out. C'mon, Zodiac, hit the DVDs already.

I'm waiting on Superbad. I love Michael Cera and think the kid is criminally undernoticed, so I'm excited to see him and Seth Rogen in the same movie. Also, that "McLovin" kid cracks me up.

6 1/2 mths down; I'll give the prize to Zodiac, if for nothing else but mentioning one of my all time fave movies: The Most Dangerous Game.

I saw Zodiac on a plane, and fell asleep during the last 15 or so minutes. So I don't really know how it ended. It was better than I thought it would be. Anybody able to help a brother out and pitch me the ending? You can PM, or cloak it suitably to prevent spoilers. I don't really want to buy or rent the thing just for the last 10 or 15 minutes. Who did it?

The crimes were never solved and the Zodiac was never fully caught seeing there was supposedly multiple Zodiac's...but it was supposedly the store clerk at the end. I saw it when it came out in theaters so I dont remember his name. O yeah he was the guy with the squirels in his house, and they thought they had him pinned but his handwriting didn't match the Zodiac's. Great movie nonetheless, and will be near the top on my top 10 list of 2007. Otherwise new movies to my list are... Knocked Up- 9/10 Live Free or Die Hard- 8/10 Oceans 13- 8.5/10
Last Movie Seen: There Will Be Blood 9/10 Now Playing: COD4

I recommended this movie to my brother, & he HATED it! What a jerk! How can he not know a good movie when he sees one?!

But I can't give you this case, it don't belong to me. Besides, I've already been through too much shit this morning over this case to hand it over to your dumb ass.

Yes, sure, the US got it late last year, as a cinema run in December, but for nearly every other market, it is a 2007 movie. I know you, yes you mark... , pull this trick in reverse with cd releases; in as much as you only count the US date for an album, which may have been released in the previous year's November in Oz, for example,so I think I'm on pretty safe ground, ha ha.

I'm not telling you what's what. Just clarifying. That damn film never played anywhere near I live beause Lynch has become Antonioni. He's unreleasable in America! But it comes out on DVD next week. P.S. As a side note: the Inland Empire is next door to "Behind the Orange Curtain".

Oh, I wasn't bothered by what you wrote. I'm never offended by you big guy! And hang on a sec; you live just up the road from the 'Inland Empire', right? If ya can't see it there, wow...I just hope David L. has some savings. I guess the board will get more discussion about it after next week. Looking fwd to that!

Lynch has his red curtain, and a lot of us have seen what's behind that. But what lies behind the orange one we wonder?
