The Knife's Silent Shout is one of the most imaginative records that I've heard all year. The writing is really top notch and it's as cohesive as any album I've heard.

Rosanne Cash - Black Cadillac
A heartbreaking record. All Music Guide correctly, and sadly, pointed out that she "became an orphan" in the midst of making this record. Her passion and grief show in spades. "Heartbreaking" is the only word I have for it. Heartbreaking. |
