I thought they were both great in their own right. The first had some great elements and action and the second had some AWESOME action and a more involved story line in my opinion. I am reading the books now (which are different in that they start out in the 70's ) and am very much looking forward to the final installment of the trilogy: The Bourne Ultimatum

I Havnt Seen The 2nd One So I Cant Really Vote On The Better Of The 2 But The Bourne Identity Is A Quality Film And One Of My Fave Films Of All Time So Yeah!
