So has anyone heard of the next Batman film for 2008... The Dark Knight again staring Christian Bale and  Heath Ledger as The Joker! I like Ledger but I'm not too sure he is up to the job of taking Jack Nicholson's place as The Joker... What do you think?

Erm ... I'm one in the minority who felt that Nolan didn't actually get the villains right for what I expected, so I'll reserve judgment. I loved the origins bits -- Bruce learning his way, training with Ducard, etc. -- but, once the film returned to Gotham, I thought it veered into some weird creative choices. Outside of the showdown with all of the bats in the condemned building, I just didn't see much to get excited about ... but I'm an old school Bat/fan, been reading the comics for over 30 years.
