Does anyone out there know where i can find .mp3 versions of these bbc radio 1 shows out there?

Or does anyone know how to record things off the internet like a radio broadcast online?I am sure there has to be a way.

I forgot to listen last night...thank god for listen again, I can't stay up to 3am every monday...
