The Sneaker Pimps.

I was a huge fan of everything they did. Splinter is in my top twenty favorite albums. Chris put out a solo album a few years back, and their official website said they were going through a "transformation", but then nothing ever happened. I'm sad that such musical talent is sitting some place unappreciated.

I didn't really know much about them until their last one came out (Bloodsport), and it was one of my favorites from that year. I too, have been waiting for the next album.

If you liked 'Bloodsport' you should definitely check out 'Splinter'. Most people dropped interest in the group after they left their female vocalist after their first album 'Becoming X'. But if you like them with a male vocal 'Splinter' is their masterpiece.

They have instrumental versions of almost every song off 'Splinter' available on their website, but I can't find the link anymore.
