This is a poll about who would win between Anakin Skywalker (Episode 3 age) and Luke Skywalker (Normal Original Trilogy Age)

Luke would stand NO chance against Anakin when he is young. Just imagine... the duel on Mustafar, except replace Obi-Wan with Luke Skywalker. And Anakin is still going full-on attack.

I honestly don't know how anyone could argue for Luke in this scenario.

OMG luke would get totally owned... like no lie luke is a wuss in the trilogy after seeing what Jedi and Sith are purely capable as in the episodes 1-3 nad watching luke wield a lightsaber around like a little girl Luke would go down so fast it would be nooooo contest what so ever...

its time to think. vader was much more powerful as an adult. all those years with palpatine had to rub off on him. luke would win. i think you anakin people fail to realize that special effects are better in the new one, so obviously the fight choreography is more intricate, and the flips and whatnot are crazier.

Gotta agree with what thommy said on this one. The fights had to actually be (semi) realistic in the original trilogy, rather than video game pinball shit. Jedi and Sith only become more powerful as they age - look at people like Yoda, Palpatine and Dooku, despite being physically decrepit. Luke kicks Vader's ass in Return of the Jedi, end of story. It's clearly implied that Luke is the "chosen one." He's the greatest Jedi ever.
